The Work-Place is an online Learning Management System (LMS). A LMS is a web-based platform used to create, store, deliver, re-use and manage online learning courses or programmes - a Virtual University if you like. Learning Management Systems, like this specific one, also allow for the management of all relevant stakeholders like coaches, trainers and clients (students). This specific system offers a search functionality to allow quick retrieval of content and coaching programmes as well as deliver these programmes in a wide range of formats or devices. The ATC Work-Place supports online coaching processes by:

- Displaying all programme content,
- Launching and organizing courses,
- Registering clients and coaches / trainers,
- Monitoring / tracking clients' participation,
- Assessing clients performances,
- Coaching and training processes, and
- Communication features such as threaded discussions (forums), chat rooms, blogs and audio / video conferencing.

*** You, the client, can interact via your web-browser with the coach, the system and other clients - all communication are therefor electronically supported.
